Abstract
- We constructed a reaction kinetic model for the PEGylation of HV2 with mPEG-SC.
- We have successfully used the established model to optimize the PEGylation reaction.
- We found several important process parameters and their mathematical equations.
- The proposed reaction kinetic model is applicable to other PEGylation and similar biochemical reactions.
