Abstract
The topic of utilization of geothermal power for heating purposes in Poland is relatively well known, which is justified by the fact of a number of operating geothermal power plants and some other installations in a well advanced design stage. Geothermal energy utilization projects for production of electricity are also under development. The results of one of such analysis, regarding the correctness of construction and operation of a binary geothermal power plant in combination with the heat pump, supplied by heat water with low enthalpy, has been discussed in the present paper.
