Abstract
												⺠Lychee can be blended with purple sweet potato to develop new MVD snacks. ⺠Increasing lychee proportion resulted in Éâ³ increasing and faster drying rate. ⺠The desirable ratio of lychee to purple sweet potato was determined to be 3:7. ⺠The optimal microwave power density was 4 W/g. ⺠The highest temperature of materials exceeded 60 °C only at the last minute.
