Abstract
⺠Supercritical CO2 extraction of soybean oil was performed. ⺠Extraction yields were significantly affected by applied operational parameters. ⺠Applied Sovová's model presented a good adjustment for all extraction curves. ⺠The internal and external mass transfer coefficients were estimated. ⺠The extraction was successfully scaled-up from laboratory to pilot plant.
