Abstract
												⺠Stirred batch extraction of ursolic acid is proposed. ⺠Various experimental parameters have been studied. ⺠Process has been optimized to get maximum extraction yield. ⺠Spiro and Siddique kinetic model shows good agreement with the experimental data.
