Abstract
⺠Recovery of phenols from orange press liquor by nanofiltration was studied. ⺠Four different nanofiltration membranes were investigated. ⺠Average rejections towards anthocyanins, flavonoids and sugars were measured. ⺠Permeate fluxes and antifouling performance were also evaluated. ⺠A suitable NF membrane was identified to separate phenolic compounds from sugars.
