Abstract
- Loss of E-cadherin induces the activation of EMT factors in breast cancer cells.
- Loss of E-cadherin results in functional and biophysical differences in breast cancer cells.
- Mass spectrometry analysis identifies proteome changes related to E-cadherin knockdown.
- Proteins involved in the regulation of cell metabolism, oxidative stress, cytoskeletal rearrangements, cell motility, and survival were found differentially expressed.
