Abstract
⺠Plasmid pSinA is a natural, self-transferable and broad host range vector. ⺠Plasmid pSinA harbors a complete set of genes for autotrophic oxidation of arsenite. ⺠Removal of plasmid pSinA from the host cells leads abolishing of arsenite oxidation. ⺠Plasmid pSinA can be used in bioaugmentation processes.
