Abstract
⺠Rational design of styrene monooxygenase was performed via molecular docking. ⺠Three mutants with enhanced activity were identified for styrene monooxygenase. ⺠One mutant displayed reversed enantioselectivity toward 1-phenylcyclohexene. ⺠Mutants retained excellent enantioselectivity toward styrene.
