Abstract
⺠Processed haematopoietic cells will have high clinical demand. ⺠We established a scaled down system for suspension culture of haematopoietic cells. ⺠Cost effective control and optimisation of cell expansion for erythroid cell output. ⺠Established efficiency limits of batch media exchange culture system. ⺠This can provide the basis for process development for multiple products.
