Abstract
⺠We identified a siRNA sequence targeted myostatin with high interfering efficiency. ⺠We combined lentivirus mediated RNAi approach and flow cytometry to successfully obtained fibroblast cells with myostatin gene sliencing. ⺠Non-chimera transgenic embryos were obtained with nucleus transfer. ⺠The approach is confirmed time-saving, and high efficiency, and is important for producing transgenic cells and embryos.
