Abstract
⺠The effect of ROS-mediating pO2 on HSPCs gene expression was studied by microarrays. ⺠Cells differentiation genes were down-regulated in hypoxia or reducing ROS group. ⺠Three genes related to dendritic cells maturation were confirmed by real-time PCR. ⺠Mature potential of DCs was suppressed by hypoxia-reducing ROS in further study. ⺠Hypoxia-reducing ROS regulated the genes driving HSPCs differentiation.
