Abstract
⺠Bio-nanocapsules (BNCs) are virus-like follow nanoparticles for drug delivery. ⺠The classic electroporation method is commonly used to encapsulate the drugs. ⺠We established a simple method for preparing protein-encapsulated BNC. ⺠It can be achieved only by genetically fusing ER membrane localization sequences. ⺠It never requires the laborious consideration of electroporation conditions.
