Abstract
⺠A respirometry technique combined with ASM3 model was developed. ⺠The method was applied to a fixed-bed reactor treating synthetic wastewater. ⺠A total of 8 kinetic and stoichiometric parameters were retrieved. ⺠It was concluded that the respirometry method can be applied to fixed-bed reactors. ⺠It was also concluded that feast/famine cycles favors storage, as previously reported.
