Abstract
⺠Strong cellulose water sorption ability favors cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis. ⺠Cellulose physical characteristics had no effect on the efficiency of immobilized cellulase. ⺠Immobilized cellulase could be reused six times without appreciable loss of catalytic activity.
