Abstract
⺠We evaluated bone formation in critical-size defects in rat calvaria. ⺠We combined bone marrow aspirate (BMA) with low-level laser therapy (LLLT). ⺠We coagulated BMA with calcium chloride to improve its handling characteristics. ⺠BMA/LLLT combined gave significantly more bone than BMA or LLLT alone.
