Abstract
► We describe Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy-based sensing of hyaluronidase. ► This method allows the quantification of HA-ase through three independent quantities which are collected simultaneously. ► We propose that HA-Fl is a useful substrate for HA-ase sensing.
