Abstract
⺠We describe Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy-based sensing of hyaluronidase. ⺠This method allows the quantification of HA-ase through three independent quantities which are collected simultaneously. ⺠We propose that HA-Fl is a useful substrate for HA-ase sensing.
