Abstract
⺠We studied gene expression in reconstructed skin exposed to daily UV radiation DUVR. ⺠Protective effect of a broad spectrum sunscreen face to DUVR was assessed. ⺠DUVR led to modulation of genes that were related to essential cutaneous functions. ⺠The sunscreen was highly effective in protecting reconstructed skin against DUVR.
