Abstract
- Laccase was immobilized on core-shell Fe3O4@SiO2 NPs via dopamine polymerization.
- Fe3O4@SiO2/polydopamine/laccase showed a high total activity recovery of 43.28%.
- Fe3O4@SiO2/polydopamine/laccase exhibited a broader pH range than free laccase.
- Fe3O4@SiO2/polydopamine/laccase showed excellent stability and reusability.
- Fe3O4@SiO2/polydopamine/laccase remained 80% activity after 70 days of storage at 4 °C.
