Abstract
Magnetically responsive lipases (MRLs) with high stability were achieved by coupling reaction of carboxylic groups on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and amino groups on the lipases. The influence factors on the preparation of MRLs were discussed with enzyme activity and specific activity as indexes.
