Abstract
- Ni and Co cyclam MCF materials were prepared and characterized.
- Histidine tagged alanine racemase (HT-AlaR) was specifically immobilized onto Ni and Co modified MCF.
- Immobilised HT-AlaR retained catalytic activity and had improved stability in comparison to the solution based enzyme.
