Abstract
- CLEAs of thermostable α-amylase was prepared using tert-butanol as aggregator.
- The optimal enzyme/BSA ratio for prepared CLEAs was 2:1 ratio.
- CLEAs activity was improved by adding 3Ca2+:1Na+ ions ratio during aggregation process.
- The enzyme half-life of CLEAs was increased about 3-folds.
- The catalytic activity of prepared CLEAs was well-maintained up to 10 cycles.
