- Two laccases isoforms purified from Pycnoporus sanguineus are thermostable.
- The half-life of Lac I was 277.7 h at 50 °C (pH 7).
- The specificity constant Kcat/Km for Lac I was 74,816.4Â mMâ1Â sâ1 with ABTS.
- A 6Â h laccases treatment degraded 92% of initial triclosan content.
