Abstract
- A novel “thermophilic-like” Old Yellow Enzyme was mined from genome data.
- The half-life of thermal inactivation of Chr-OYE3 was 233.5 h at 35 °C.
- The midpoint for thermal inactivation of Chr-OYE3 was 70 °C.
- Chr-OYE3 showed high resistance toward various organic solvents.
- Chr-OYE3 catalyzed the reduction of variety of activated alkenes.
