Abstract
- Amidase of P. putida BR-1 has high acyl transfer activity for the synthesis of NHA.
- This enzyme can tolerate higher substrate and product concentration.
- The amidase of this organism also has higher acyl transfer activity at (50 °C).
- The activity of this amidase used for production of nicotinyl hydroxamic acid.
- In the present study highest productivity and purity of NHA has been recorded.
