- Using a catalytic approach, redox potential of fungal DyPs can be estimated.
- Fungal DyPs exhibit high redox potential of â¼1.1 and 1.2Â eV.
- Oxidation processes of fungal DyPs probably base on a surface exposed Tyr.
- Electron transfer pathway seems to be highly similar among the fungal DyP family.
