- Multipoint covalent immobilization of Rhizomucor miehei and type B from Candida antarctica lipases.
- Modification of epoxy groups on the surface of Immobead 150 support to aldehyde groups.
- Immobilization was highly efficient, 96.30% and 99.08% for CALB and RML, respectively.
- Transesterification to produce methyl esters of fatty acids showed conversions of 72% and 29% for CALB and RML, respectively.
