Abstract
- Catalase was coupled with 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) propionic acid via EDC/NHS.
- The modified enzyme was immobilized on titania submicropheres by coordination.
- High loadings and enhanced stability of the immobilized catalase were obtained.
- The immobilized catalase kept 75% of initial catalytic activity after 19 cycles.
