Abstract
ⶠWe studied the resolution of racemic solketal (IPG) ester derivatives by lipases. ⶠIPG octanoate was found to be a better substrate than acetate counterpart. ⶠAmong several lipases, Amano AK led to the best selectivities (E up to 200).
