Abstract
â¶ We studied the resolution of racemic solketal (IPG) ester derivatives by lipases. â¶ IPG octanoate was found to be a better substrate than acetate counterpart. â¶ Among several lipases, Amano AK led to the best selectivities (E up to 200).
