Abstract
ⶠAspergillus terreus β-d-glucuronidase was immobilized in Ca-alginate beads and reused for the hydrolysis of GL to GAMG. ⶠThe properties of the free and immobilized β-d-glucuronidase were compared. ⶠThe thermal and pH stabilities of the β-d-glucuronidase were improved via immobilization.
