Abstract
⺠Automated diffraction tomography is a new method for electron diffraction data collection. ⺠ADT data are more complete and kinematic than traditional electron diffraction data. ⺠ADT allows structure determination of nanocrytsalline porous materials, including light atoms. ⺠Case studies of inorganic and hybrid structures solved ab initio by ADT data are shown. ⺠Advantages and recurrent problems of ADT methods are stressed.
