Abstract
⺠We develop a system called Supply-chain Pedigree Interactive Dynamic Explore (SPIDER). ⺠SPIDER is to verify, inspect and investigate the pedigree of food. ⺠SPIDER can monitor each process of the food chain in real time. ⺠SPIDER provides easy implementation of HACCP. ⺠Case-based Reasoning, Rule-based Reasoning, Fuzzy logical and Neural Network are used.
