► Concept of solid catalyzed reactive HiGee stripper (SCRHS) is introduced. ► Interdependent esterification and etherification reaction system is analyzed. ► Modeling, simulation and parametric analysis of SCRHS is performed. ► Catalyst modeling and component-based effectiveness factor are included. ► Better mass transfer and conversion are achieved in SCRHS over conventional reactors.
