Abstract
⺠We study the phase separation of ternary liquid mixtures. ⺠Our theoretical model follows the standard diffuse-interface model. ⺠Hydrodynamics is coupled with thermodynamics of ternary phase field variables. ⺠Two examples are studied using a second-order finite element method. ⺠We discuss the morphology development and domain growth during the phase separation.
