Abstract
⺠CuSCN nanowires (NWs) were electrodeposited from an aqueous electrolyte. ⺠The CuSCN nanowires are grown at room temperature without a template. ⺠They exhibit high crystalline quality and are c-axis oriented. ⺠The applied potential and the molar ratio SCNâ/Cu2 + influence the NWs diameter. ⺠Their length could reach several micrometers depending on passed charge density.
