Mn doping of cobalt oxynitride (Co1-xMnxON) coupled with nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO) nanosheets hybrid is created as a highly efficient and bifunctional electrocatalysts toward ORR and OER. The CoMnON/N-rGO hybrid catalyst manifests excellent catalytic performance, durability, and good methanol-tolerance ability.422
