Abstract
⺠The estimator is developed based on knowledge of only one on-line measurable variable. ⺠Local stability, observability and controllability analysis. ⺠It is presented a nonlinear observer to perform the estimation process of the bioreactor. ⺠The observer's convergence was analyzed employing stability theory.
