Abstract
⺠The EHD of a liquid bilayer subjected to a sinusoidal electric field is studied. ⺠Degree of interface deformation scales with the square of potential nonuniformity. ⺠Wavenumber of interface deformation is twice that of potential nonuniformity. ⺠For certain range of parameters the interface does not deform. ⺠The effect of separation distance between the electrodes is studied.
