Abstract
► The mobilized thermal energy storage system (M-TES) has the ability to supply heat to distributed users with a low cost. ► The cost using M-TES to supply heat (COH) is primarily determined by the transport distance and the heat demand. ► The price of phase change material has larger effects on COH, compared to the transport cost, the lifetime and the interest.
