Abstract
⺠We identify the keys for energy conversation across China's 31 provinces Ã 65 sectors. ⺠The results are visualized in map and matrix tables, and easy for use. ⺠39 Industrial sectors by province are classified into three categories for conservation. ⺠There is large energy wasting in the public management sector. ⺠There are both urban-rural gap and provincial inequality on electricity consumption.
