Abstract
⺠We analyze the potential of an autochthon microalgae Isochrysis galbana for biodiesel production. ⺠The microalgae was cultivated in a raceway pond designed by the authors. ⺠The analysis of different cultivation parameters has been carried out. ⺠The results show that oil produced by I. galbana could be a suitable feedstock for biofuel production.
