Abstract
⺠A new hybrid day-ahead PLF engine for ING is developed. ⺠The impact of the weather condition on ING daily peak load is analyzed. ⺠The proposed method gives a better PLF error for ING and EUNITE test case. ⺠The processing time of the method is acceptable for real time applications.
