Abstract
⺠GFNN is currently used for predicting wind probability density distributions. ⺠This particular type is the most successful one amongst a number of other types. ⺠GFNN uses the same input parameters as the Weibull function, i.e. c and k. ⺠GFNN can be an alternative to the Weibull in modeling wind speed distributions.
