Abstract
⺠Two empirical kinetic models were used to describe batch fermentation of raw juice. ⺠The results show good agreement with experimental data. ⺠The obtained models were checked by running a semi industrial ethanol fermentation. ⺠Further research should be the use of the models in industrial production of ethanol.
