Abstract
⺠A novel gas turbine power plant energy management system is proposed. ⺠The flexibility of the EMS relies on a multi-agent architecture. ⺠An economic and emissions dispatching algorithms help reduce costs and emissions for GE's 9E gas turbines. ⺠Computation and communication and coordination needs are evaluated.
