Abstract
⺠Our results show that the electric field could result in the formation of an anisotropic aligned structure. ⺠Under AC electric field, the thermal-conductivity with 20% loading of BN increases by ca. 250% compared to that prepared without electric field. ⺠We utilized electric field to minimize the surface depletion effect.
