Abstract
Our data support the disconnectivity hypothesis in schizophrenia, enlightening a link between reduced fronto-temporal connectivity and “frontal” cognitive deficits. Reduced gray matter density may be involved primarily in the pathogenesis of some of these disconnected areas.
