Abstract
												⺠Learning goals positively predict teachers' attendance of further training. ⺠Work avoidance negatively predicts teachers' attendance of further training. ⺠Learning goals negatively predict teachers' burnout and sick leave. ⺠Work avoidance positively predicts teachers' burnout and sick leave. ⺠Effects persisted despite controlling for relevant attitudes and perceptions.
