Abstract
⺠Created a group and whole class multi-touch activity to develop mathematical adaptive expertise. ⺠Compared the NumberNet multi-touch task with a traditional classroom activity. ⺠Both conditions increased in number of calculations created (fluency). ⺠The NumberNet condition increased the range of calculations (flexibility).
