Abstract
In order to improve the effectiveness of the rural finance credit guarantee system construction, a method for rural finance credit guarantee system construction based on analytic multi-hierarchy theory was proposed in the paper. Firstly, according to the issues regarding rural finance credit guarantee system construction, on the basis of the rural finance supply dual-structure and the formal and informal research perspective of the credit guarantee system as well as the clarification of the connotation and boundary of the credit guarantee form, a credit guarantee system of “dual-structure, four-hierarchy and n-type” was constructed; then, an analytic hierarchy process was introduced to analyze the rural finance credit guarantee system model, thus improving the effectiveness of the rural finance credit guarantee system evaluation; finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through empirical analysis.
